Austin Chase Coffee was founded in 1989 with the strategy of developing a distinct espresso bar (retail store) for the customer which provides "excellent coffee, a warm, casually elegant atmosphere, friendly customer oriented staff and convenient locations." Each Austin Chase store is individually and locally owned by a respected, quality focused retail licensee.

The founders of Austin Case sought from the beginning to choose a color scheme of burgundy and hunter green, rich dark mahogany woodwork and a "timeless European theme" to emphasize a relaxed, intelligent, coffee drinking environment. The emphasis has always been on excellent coffee served by well trained relationship-oriented baristas.

Today, Austin Chase Coffee is enjoying enormous growth in popularity. In addition to our license stores, many fine restaurants, espresso bars, and carts now feature Austin Chase as their specialty coffee.
