How to Order
We offer four convenient ways of ordering:
To contact us with a question about ordering, please call us at (888) 502-2333 (Monday-Friday 8am-5pm PST) or e-mail us.
If you are not ordering online, please download and print our Order Form (To download the order form, you must have Acrobat Reader, available free of charge from Adobe.com.)
To Order Online
Placing an order from the Austin Chase Online Store is easy.
- To start, make your coffee selections in our Austin Chase Online Store. To add an item to your order, click the Add To Order button, which places the item in your shopping cart.
- To look for more items, click the Continue Shopping button.
- To review your order while shopping, click the View Cart button.
- When you have finished making all of your selections, click the Check Out button.
- Type all of the required information, and then click Submit.
We follow standard Web protocols to ensure that any financial information you give us remains secure.

- Your name (as it appears on your credit card)
- Your credit card number
- The card's expiration date
- Your phone or fax number in case we need to contact you

Enclose a completed Order Form with a check, money order, or credit card number and expiration date.

Shipping Policy
The best coffee is fresh coffee. That's why we ship coffee within 24 hours of receiving your order. If you order an item that is not in stock, we will notify you of the delay as soon as we receive your order. You will not be charged until your order is shipped.

We ship your order via Standard UPS. You may also choose overnight or second day delivery. We'll deliver to your home, office, or any address you request, and we offer several payment options: order online using the credit card of your choice, by phone, fax, or mail, using your MasterCard, Visa, personal check or money order.
